Newcastle Decorator on a roll as it takes on further apprentices
Newcastle Decorators meet the Mayor
We were over the moon to receive coverage in the News Guardian this month. Our Company has been growing from strength to strength and we found that we were in a position to take on another apprentice.
We interviewed 6 candidates and were pleased to offer the position to Keegan Martin from North Shields - he is the seventh apprentice to join our team.
Newcastle & Tynemouth Decorators Continue to Grow
We started Tynemouth Decorators in 2006 - just Stephen, on his own, with his Belingo Van and a couple of dust sheets and are thrilled with our growth.
It's fantastic to be able to employ local North Tyneside people.
In January 2017 we were so happy to launch our new website with the help and professional services of CT Web Design in Durham.
We've received support from North Tyneside Council through their Business Factory programme who have supported us, given us invaluable business training, both with PR Support and Social Media Support.
Stephen has been with working with Amanda Dixon from North East Social Media Ltd who is the Social Media Specialist for North Tyneside Council and she has been helping us with our web development and SEO helping us get to the first page of Google.
We love being supported by local businesses and people, but also in return like to support local people too.
It was great to receive support from the Council and in particular from Norma Redfearn, our Mayor, who joined us for a photo shoot at Whitley Bay Lighthouse - (its due to be decorated - we'll have to keep our eyes out for that tender!).
We posted about the day on our Facebook Business Page
Apprentices are the future, we all enjoyed meeting Norma in Whitley Bay 👍😊.Posted by Tynemouth Decorators Ltd on Monday, April 3, 2017
