Philip Chamberlin2025-02-13From our initial inquiry through to completion of the work there has been nothing but professionalism and a customer-first attitude from Stephen and the team. Ours was quite a large job – repaint of about 90% of the interior of the house. Stephen offered us an unexpected short notice slot for our job, and the team were really helpful in organising the work room by room to account for the fact that we weren’t quite ready for them. The work was done quickly and with minimal mess and disruption by Callum and Rohan, and with Stephen in constant contact and popping in to check we were happy with the job. It looks fantastic, so thank you Stephen, Callum and Rohan. A positive experience all round – really happy to recommend Tynemouth Decorators!

He came to look at my kitchen and quickly put my mind at ease with his sound advice on the work that needed to be done, colour scheme and time scale. When Stephen & Michael arrived to start work it was clear from the outset that their work ethic, attention to detail & craftsmanship were second to none so I knew I’d made the right choice. The lads were so pleasant to deal with and grafted from 8-8. They were polite and accommodating our wishes. The colour we chose was a farrow and Ball colour mixed with J&J paint. Nicole Saunders2024-11-27Being relatively new to the area it is not always easy to know which companies live up to their reviews, but we hit on a winner with Tynemouth Decorators! They recently completed a transformation of our hall and stairs. We initially contacted Stephen, who was quick to visit and provide advice and a quote. Once we were ready to go ahead, we received regular updates with regard to timescales and a guarantee of work to be completed before the Christmas period. The job itself was seamless, with Callum and Rowan completing the work. They are both great guys, polite, courteous and their attention to detail was second to none. It is not often that we are able to give such a glowing review but in this instance, it is perfectly justified – we would not hesitate to contact them again for further work or recommend them to anyone. Thanks again – we are delighted with the new look!

The flat needed old wallpaper stripped off, walls repaired, followed by all the walls, ceilings and paintwork done. The finished result has really freshened the flat and made it look brand new.
